Cancellation Policy

Please note the reservation cancelation policy:

• Deposit is non-refundable on equipment rental reservations if canceled. If your reservation includes delivery and pickup, the delivery/pickup fees are also non-refundable. We will gladly reschedule the date of your reservation for no additional fee. We are only able to reschedule your reservation a maximum of two times on one rental reservation.  If rental is rescheduled more than twice, deposit is non-refundable and/or equipment will be rented on a first come, first served basis only
• 20% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled prior to 1 week before the event.
• 50% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled 1 week to 48 hours prior to delivery/pickup date/time.
• 100% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled 48 hours or less from delivery/pickup date/time.
