Please note the reservation cancelation policy:

Deposit is non-refundable on equipment rental reservations if canceled. If your reservation includes delivery and pickup, the delivery/pickup fees are also non-refundable. We will gladly reschedule the date of your reservation for no additional fee.
20% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled prior to 1 week before the event.
50% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled 1 week to 48 hours prior to delivery/pickup date/time.
100% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled 48 hours or less from delivery/pickup date/time.

Swing-out battery box and power module allow easy access to componentry. Variable speed motor extends battery and motor life by using only the energy needed to do the required work. On-board troubleshooting diagnostics notify the operators of possible fault conditions.
