Deposit is non-refundable on equipment rental reservations if canceled. If your reservation includes delivery and pickup, the delivery/pickup fees are also non-refundable. We will gladly reschedule the date of your reservation for no additional fee.
20% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled prior to 1 week before the event.
50% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled 1 week to 48 hours prior to delivery/pickup date/time.
100% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled 48 hours or less from delivery/pickup date/time.

All-steel triple planetary gear systems, permanently lubricated is standard on all models. Specially designed flex coupler to guard against possible floor damage when under load. Flexible dual riggers for left or right hand operation are non-conductive and have built-in safety lockouts to prevent accidental startups. Hardwood Floor Care (PDF)

The heavy duty switch is set in a die cast aluminum switch box which chip or rust. Steel hand or foot operated clamp lever to adjust handle position. The non-marring bumbers prevent damage to furniture and walls. Reinforced aluminum apron housing for added strength and rigidity. Equipped with 50-ft. power cord.
