  • Deposit is non-refundable on equipment rental reservations if canceled. If your reservation includes delivery and pickup, the delivery/pickup fees are also non-refundable. We will gladly reschedule the date of your reservation for no additional fee.
  • 20% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled prior to 1 week before the event.
  • 50% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled 1 week to 48 hours prior to delivery/pickup date/time.
  • 100% cancelation fee on party and wedding rentals if canceled 48 hours or less from delivery/pickup date/time.
